Emotional Intelligence - What is it?
This Session provides a framework and introduction for Series 5 where we are honing in on Emotional Intelligence. We will explore what EI is, where the term “Emotional Intelligence” derives from, how it is absolutely relevant to the EA/PA role and the benefits of being Emotionally Intelligent. We’ll then break EI down into the different domains and I will provide an overview of each domain.
